East Freedom, Blair County - A Blair County fire has been ruled arson. On Thursday, April 10, firefighters responded to a fire in East Freedom around 9 pm. Fire crews say the flames started near the back porch and quickly spread.

Brevard County Sheriff's officials confirmed this morning that Brian Crowder, charged with setting a fire Wednesday morning as part of an ongoing arson probe in Palm Bay, is on suicide watch at the county jail in Sharpes.

North Charleston house fire ruled arson (The Charleston Gazette) - Thu, 15 May 2008
An early morning house fire today in North Charleston has been ruled arson, a fire official said. The house was already fully involved by the time firefighters responded to 2107 Washington St. West around 5:30 a.m., said Charleston Fire Lt. Ken Tyree.
